1st Annual #YQGtogetherfest
Need a great March Break “stay-cation” idea?
Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA) has partnered with Rotary Club of Windsor-WIDE and the University of Windsor to host a truly unique, multi-cultural and inclusive event for our community – #YQGtogetherfest. This is a one-stop shop event where all cultural/community groups and local service agencies, come together to celebrate Windsor-Essex and its diverse tapestry. This family focused weekend aspires to be open to all of those that form our community.
This affordable event will kick-off March 9-10th, 2024 (10am-5pm) at the University of Windsor Toldo Lancer Centre- 2555 College Ave. Windsor.

Eating Disorders 101
Windsor Essex Community Health Centre (weCHC), in partnership with the Bulimia Anorexia Nervosa Association (BANA) and Windsor Regional Hospital (WRH) are excited to announce a new initiative from the Windsor-Essex Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program for Eating Disorders.
As a part of our work to educate the community on the prevention, treatment, and awareness of eating disorders, we have pulled together a group of experts to deliver Eating Disorders 101, a 3-part educational series.

BANA: Be Yourself Magazine Now Available!
The latest issue of the BANA Be Yourself Magazine is now available! By now, we hope you have enjoyed some of the first 12 issues of our publication – a free, mental health and wellness magazine available online and in hard-copy.
What makes this publication so unique is that right alongside contributions from professionals are stories from community activists, cultural influencers, and most importantly those with real life experiences telling their story, in their words. Currently, our global reach includes readership in 52 countries – amazing for a magazine produced entirely in-house at a small, local non-for-profit organization.
