ESC HCCSS is excited to share that education with staff is currently underway implementing our new and improved Quality, Patient Safety, and Patient Complaints frameworks. These frameworks support provincial alignment and the organization’s Vision of Exceptional Care – wherever you call home. HCCSS’s approach to patient safety incident reporting and patient complaints reporting aligns with best practices, various legislation and with the provincial healthcare system’s aim to support integrated care. The Frameworks also support robust processes for recording, monitoring, and analyzing related data with an end goal of improving patient experience and keeping our patients and staff safe in our patient care settings.
