Working groups

Dr. Chris Licskai, the CEO of Best Care provided a brief presentation on the Best Care program. This is a disease management program designed by Primary Care for Primary Care. This program works with OHTs across the province to advance their goals in delivering the quadruple aim. The Best Care Working Group started November 18.

Established working groups have been working to finalize their Terms of Reference and Engagement Plans. These documents will help to guide our work in 2023.

Partner support

WEOHT provided a letter of support to the Hospice of Windsor Essex Inc. in obtaining eight additional beds (fully-funded by the Ministry of Health).
