The Essex County Accessibility Advisory Committee is planning for an Outdoor Accessibility Festival to be held on September 13th, 2024 (confirmed).

This special outdoor event aims to showcase accessible activities through demonstrations, products, services and information by engaging with the local community of accessibility-minded businesses and people who promote inclusion in activities and spaces for people with varying levels of ability.

Opportunities to participate include:

• Demonstration of an activity
• Information booth (Bring your own)
• Product demonstration
• Or other fun ideas that showcase the accessible outdoors.

If your company or organization would like to be considered to participate in this special event, kindly fill out the form HERE before June 30, 2024. There is no charge to apply and no charge to participate.  Please note the event will be held in an outdoor park setting.
